BESH

Space Resonator

Beta is now available for Windows, macOS, and Linux!
This plugin has come a long way. What started as a simple reverb experiment evolved into a full 6-band resonator.

While the resonator might look like a bunch of circles, it’s actually pretty straightforward. You can set the base note using the slider (in Hz or note mode), or route MIDI into it to define the base frequency. From there, you can adjust the semitone offsets for each band to build chords and harmonies.

Each band is processed separately for the left and right channels, giving you detailed stereo control. Above the band section, you’ll find fine-tuning sliders for both channels.

The reverb is something new, lots of messing around and finding out. It works great for both short reflections and huge hall tails. The diffusers use filtering to simulate reflections from different materials, and you can switch between different diffusers and reverb modes for a variety of results.

The plugin can work as a reverb or a resonator independently, turning the mix slider of the unused section to 0 will save CPU. But all together this plugin can add alot of juice into a mix and turn a boring drum loop into a melodic lead. Enjoy!
